1.         All sweets were purchased through confectionary supplier ____________________ at a reasonable date before the event

 

2.         Packaging was examined at the time of purchase for damage, expiry date and ingredients/allergens

 

3.         Sweets have been stored in a suitable location and remained in sealed packaging until time of use at today’s event

 

4.         All sweet containers, tongs, scoops, etc. for use on the sweet table have been stored in suitable sealed plastic containers in the kitchen area until today’s event

 

5.         Prior to use, all containers, tongs, scoops, etc. have been thoroughly washed in hot soapy water and air-dried before they were packaged in containers for transit

 

6.         All sweets, containers, tongs, scoops etc. have been transported to the venue in suitable containers

 

7.         All Things Sweet by Wendy-Anne arrived at the venue of today’s booking at a time suitable to allow for setup

 

8.         On arrival at the venue, the sweet table was set in the style agreed by the customer

 

9.         All Things Sweet by Wendy-Anne wore suitable hand coverings (Safe Touch Disposable PE Gloves) whilst in the process of setting the table

 

10.       Sweet packaging was again examined for damage prior to opening

 

11.       Once the sweets were placed into their containers the containers were covered with Clingfilm until such time as the customer deems the table to be open

 

12.       Lists of ingredients/allergens applicable to the supplied sweets was made available at the table for inspection by customers

 

13.       The Statement of Procedures was made available at the table for inspection by customers

 

14.       On completion of the setup of the table, All Things Sweet by Wendy-Anne obtained photographs for their record

 

15.       At 11.00pm (or the agreed time) the table was dismantled by All Things Sweet by Wendy-Anne

 

16.       All Things Sweet by Wendy-Anne obtained photographs of the sweet table prior to dismantling

 

17.       Remaining sweets were repackaged and left at the venue for the customer to dispose as they wish

 

18.       Sweet containers, tongs, scoops, etc. were cleaned with anti-bacterial spray before being placed into the transport cases

 

19.       Sweet containers, tongs, scoops, etc. were cleaned in hot soapy water and air-dried once back at All Things Sweet by Wendy-Anne and stored appropriately ready for the next event

 

20.       The procedures will be/have been reviewed in respect of this event and no changes are required.
